Your Right to Deletion

Campaign 360Aware respects your right to control your personal data. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • All property listings and scraped data
  • All campaign plans and generated copy
  • All AI-generated video assets and uploaded photos
  • All distribution plans and content post records
  • Payment transaction records (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Connected platform OAuth tokens (Meta, Google/YouTube)

What We Cannot Delete

  • Ads already published on Meta or YouTube — These are managed by your connected ad accounts. You can remove published ads directly from Meta Ads Manager or YouTube Studio.
  • Videos uploaded to your YouTube channel — These belong to your Google account. You can delete them from YouTube Studio.
  • Stripe payment records — Stripe retains transaction data per their own data retention policies and legal obligations.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Log in to your account, navigate to Settings → Account, and click "Delete My Account". This will immediately begin the deletion process.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@360aware.com.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been fully removed from our systems.

Meta (Facebook) Data Deletion

If you connected your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account to Campaign 360Aware, you can also manage data permissions from your Facebook App Settings. Removing Campaign 360Aware from your connected apps will revoke our access to your Meta ad accounts. To also delete data stored on our servers, please use one of the deletion methods above.
