Campaign 360Aware ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Anthony West Inc (ABN to be confirmed). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application at campaign.360aware.com.au ("the Platform").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo via Google Sign-In or email magic link authentication.

2.2 Property Data

When you submit property listing URLs, we scrape publicly available property information including addresses, listing descriptions, and photos. This data is used solely to generate your marketing campaign.

2.3 Platform Connections

If you connect Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google (YouTube) accounts, we store OAuth access tokens encrypted at rest to manage advertising campaigns on your behalf.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details on our servers. We retain only Stripe customer IDs and payment intent references for transaction records.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate AI-powered marketing campaigns for your properties
  • To create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta and YouTube on your behalf
  • To generate AI video assets from your property photos
  • To process payments for campaign execution
  • To send transactional emails about campaign status and budget alerts
  • To improve our platform and services

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the Platform:

  • Anthropic (Claude API) — Property data is sent to generate campaign strategies and copy
  • Google (Veo API) — Property photos are sent to generate video assets
  • Meta Marketing API — Campaign data and assets are sent to create and manage ads
  • YouTube Data API — Video assets and metadata are uploaded to your YouTube channel
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • Supabase — Database hosting and file storage
  • Vercel — Application hosting

5. Data Retention

Campaign data, generated assets, and associated records are retained for 90 days after campaign completion, then archived. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted OAuth token storage (AES-256), HTTPS-only communication, rate-limited API endpoints, and Zod schema validation on all inputs. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

7. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Disconnect third-party platform connections at any time

8. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your data by visiting our Data Deletion page or by contacting us directly. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions (HTTP-only, secure cookies via NextAuth.js). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels on our Platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
